If you have multiple projects on your account, clicking into each project to check their run statuses can be very tedious. To check the status of all of your runs quickly, you can use the "My Runs" Dashboard.
To access the dashboard, click on the Profile icon in the top right-hand corner of the left side panel, and click on "My Runs".
On this dashboard, you will see three tabs (two if you are on our free plan), "Active", "Completed", and "Scheduled" (paid plans only). You'll also see a number stating how many of your workers are currently in use.
"Active" tab
The "Active" tab tells you information about any runs that are currently running on your account. Each status box will tell you how many workers your runs are using and how many pages have been scraped so far.
If you have multiple projects running at the same time (like pictured above), your workers will be split among them. For more information about how ParseHub runs multiple projects at the same time, please read our article about workers and project parallelization.
"Completed" tab
The "Completed" tab tells you information about all of your completed runs. This time, the bottom right-hand corner of the box shows you how long ago the run was completed, as well as how many pages were scraped.
"Scheduled" tab
The "Scheduled" tab shows you all of the runs that you have scheduled to run on a regular basis. The information in the bottom right-hand corner of the status box tells you when the project(s) are scheduled to run. Please note that project scheduling is only available on our paid plans, so you will not see this tab if you are on our free plan.
